Chew Raffle Official Rules

1. What this is

A Chew raffle is a sweepstakes. One winner is picked at random from eligible entries. This is not a lottery and not a skill contest. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2. Who can enter

You must be 18 or older and signed in to the HotSpot / Chugachew app. Chugachew staff (ADMIN and SUPER_ADMIN) cannot enter. If a raffle is for a city, you must have Live set to that city at the time you enter. Changing your city later does not remove an existing entry.

3. How to enter

Tap Enter on a tap-to-enter raffle, or vote on a vote-to-enter raffle. The first time you enter any Chew raffle you must confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these rules. One entry per person per raffle. Changing your vote does not add another entry. There is no other way to enter.

4. Prize

Each raffle card names the prize — a promo or Passport deal in your Wallet. Approximate value is on that card. Prize is not cash and cannot be transferred. If we cannot deliver it, we will substitute something of equal or greater value.

5. Winner

We draw at random from eligible entries after the raffle closes, or sooner if we end it. Odds depend on how many people entered. The winner gets a push and sees the prize in Wallet. We do not email you. We do not name you publicly beyond a first name or “a local.” Deleted accounts are not in the pool.
